SQL Promp3 sometimes doesn't work with MS Query Analyzer

Sometimes when switching between the MS SQL Server Management Studio and MS Query Analzer, SQL Prompt no longer works with MS Query Analyzer. I quit SQL Prompt 3 and restarted it. Same result; works fine in MS SQL Server Management Studio, but doesn't show up in MS Query Analyzer. A complete restart of my PC helped. Occured twice so far.

If you invoke SQL Query Analyzer from SQL Sever Enterpise Manager\Tools\SQL Query Analyzer SQL Prompt does work, otherwise no??

I get this issue too. SQLPrompt still appears in the system tray but is not available in Query Analyzer. You have to stop and start SQLPompt to get it back - not needed to reboot though.

OK thanks for this. We've not seen this but it looks like, for whatever reason, the tray app is failing to hook the Query Analyzer process correctly on startup.
    Thanks,
