The very first issue I have encountered is the double-qualification of an object when the automatic qualification option is turned on. Is this something that will be addressed in the final release? The release notes mention that it is not necessary to manually qualify with that option enabled, but I (for one) would like to have the ability to do so. Old habits are hard to break, after all... :-)

Yes we know about this one and we're going to fix it (I think it is listed in the release notes).
