Problems accessing Programme

Hi,

I have had this issue arise:

After installing the program I tried to launch it with the "Ctrl+Space" but nothing happens. Is there another way to launch the program ?


Any ideas?

    Could you tell me a bit about your system? I.e. what's your OS, .NET Framework versions, language/regional settings, editors, etc.
