Installing SQLPrompt on Windows XP

Hi,

Having trouble installing SQL Prompt on Windows XP. complaining about my MDAC version. I tried running MDAC2.8 and fails... Says " MDAC2.8 RTM is incompatible with this version of Windows. all features are currently part of windows.

Please help me out.
