Scheduled backup job with to mirrored path

Hi,

I know the GUI does not support backup mirroring to multiple paths....so is it a viable workaround to create one scheduled job with the required parameters and the databases to be backed up, then modify the script to include the additional paths the databases need to be backed up to as well?
