I know this might be beyond the scope of SQL prompt, but I've been using this for a little while and have been very impressed by how it integrates with Query Analyzer. I was wondering if there was a chance it could provide some form of source control with QA as well? Or even a seperate product.

We've been testing a rival product called Apex SQL, which is just chock full of bugs, but it does both the context drop downs and source control. It's slow and painful to use and to be honest I much prefer the snappy QA with SQL prompt.

I've tried using the SS.exe setup through the tools menu, but it would be nice to have something a little more pro-active.

Pretty please? :D

    Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion. A source control tool might actually be on the cards some time, although I'm not so sure about the Query Analyzer integration.

How do other people feel about this? Any comments would be much appreciated.

    Regards,
