restoring master database

how would I go about restoring the master database when its backed up using Red-gate sql backup?

So for example, my master database is dead and I need to restore it. How would I go about doing that?

This is on a windows 2000 and 2003 server with SQL 2000 ENT (2node cluster) w/ sp3a.

See the topic 'Restoring the master database' in the Tips section of the help file. Alternatively, you could convert the backup to a regular SQL Server backup file, and restore the master database following the steps outlined in Books Online.
