Prompt in Sql2005

  Hi Tilman,
  I am mainly doing reporting with SQL server reporting services.so I opened the queryanalyser and tried to execute some . but there is no effect of that intellisence.
  There is an item SQL Prompt in my start /programs menu. but when i click that , a message box is coming .. but it is blank with a blank commnad button.
  
  regional setting means??? I am at Melbourne,Australia..
  
  Windows is English.
  
  I am not using any special editor for this..
