Can't get table/field names in candidate list

I've just downloaded SQL prompt 2 to evaluate it. When using SQL Query Analyser 2000 I can't get table or fieldnames to appear in the candidate list when pressing Ctrl-Spacebar. The only options that seem to work are functions and owners/schemas. Please can you help?
Thanks.

    Hi Ian,

thanks for posting. Could you tell me a bit more about your system: OS, service pack, regional settings, language? Does it work in Management studio?

    Regards,

    Tilman,
OS is Windows XP Professional 2002 - Service pack 1
    Regional setting: English (United Kingdom)
    Language: English (United Kingdom)

I don't know/use Management studio, just SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager and SQL Query Analyser. Are them some tests I can do to help inform you?

    Thanks for any help.
    Regards,
    IanH.

    Hi,

I am also getting this problem and the number of views for this posting suggests I am not alone! Pity, as it's a nice idea - hard to believe no-one else has come up with it!

    Hi,

I'm afraid we haven't come across the problem, here, and I don't know what to suggest, really. Maybe reinstalling might help? Could it be that you are running out of memory? What spec machine do you have? We are currently working on version 3 which will be a complete rewrite, so hopefully that will fix your problem.

    Regards,
