SQL Prompt with Enterprise Manager

I can open up query analyzer while in EM and sql prompt works great. Where else in EM can I use sql prompt? I right clicked on a table and then chose 'Open Table' and then chose 'Query' and in there I tried to use sql prompt keywords and nothing worked. Is it supposed to work in there? I'm confused as to where else in EM this works.
