Sev. 19 Error

FCallRpcDll: Process 98 generated fatal exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

We are receiving alerts related to SQLBackup on one of our production servers. The following was pulled, the job name listed "" is a SQLAgent jobs that runs an SP which calls the extended rg proc. This job is the duplicated on several severs with no issues. Thanks

    Which version of SQL Backup is installed on this server?

    4.2.0.425 is the installed version.

    Note: in Help>About SQL Backup it shows 4.2.0.425. In the console it shows 4.1.0.207.

    The GUI appears to be the updated version, but not the extended stored procedure. There was a bug in 4.1, which caused errors on multi-cpu boxes and when multiple backups were ran simultaneously.

    Could you pls upgrade to 4.2? See http://www.red-gate.com/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=2312
