Feature Request - Rename Columns

One of the things that may happen from time to time is a column gets renamed. I would like the option to Map Column Names.

Otherwise what I have to do is this:

Add My New Column
Compare the two Tables and Syncronize
Run Script to Populate new Column on Destination Table
Drop Column
Compare the two Tables and Syncronize

If I could just have a Map Column A to B, that would save me a lot of hassle.

    Hi Brien ,

    It is possible to map column names in SQL Data Compare if you need to migrate the data easily.

    However, this is not possible in SQL Compare, we may consider it for a future release, but no promises.
