Hi there John,
This is a very fair point, and is an oversight on our part, for which I apologise. I'd recommend backing up the configuration file for any previous version of PromptSQL before installing SQL Prompt. You can then (manually I'm afraid) restore all your snippets from the configuration file by copying and pasting from a text editor. I apologise because I realise this is not really very satisfactory, particularly if you've set up 20 or 30 (or even more) snippets.
Kind regards,

I Downloaded SQLPrompt 2.0 today and installed it.
IF YOU HAVE PromptSQL installed BEWARE!!!!
 EVERYTHING WILL BE GONE AFTER AFTER THE INSTALLIATION IS COMPLETE
I had a directory for each version of PromptSQL
C:\Program Files\Atadore\PromptSQL 1.2
C:\Program Files\Atadore\PromptSQL 1.3 RC1
C:\Program Files\Atadore\PromptSQL 1.3
C:\Program Files\Atadore\PromptSQL 1.4
After installing SQLPrompt 2.0 PromptSQL disappears... all of the directories are now empty!
Not so bad except for the fact that  I LOST ALL OF CODE SNIPPITS I HAD DEFINED IN PromptSQL
What a pain in the ass this is going to be to rebuild the library.
