How long before Activate via email is acknowledged?

Hi all,
The company i work with just bought SQL Bundle 5 ( and DTS Package compare ).
I have tried activating the serials over the net but to no success (remote name could not be resolved - even though I have internet access). none-the-less, I thought I would try via email... I sent the request 'xml-like' details via an email, and am awaiting the response to come back...
My question is, how long does this take? as I would really like to start using this software we bought.

    Thank you Red-Gate... got the activate 'code' (5 1/2 hrs after) :) nice tool btw :lol:

    Hello John,

    Normally you'd get a response from the email activation server within 10 minutes. Something doesn't seem to be right. I did check out the activate-by-email service and it is servicing requests. I don't know what could happen.
