What does "free until 1st September 2006" mean?

I've downloaded this handy tool and I like what I see so far. I am curious, however. On September 2, will I be obligated to buy the product?

Also, the EULA indicates that this is a 14-day trial, and that a license fee will need to be paid at the end of the trial. I am guessing this needs to be corrected.

    Terri,

    The current version of SQL Prompt (v 2) is free, and not time bombed. Come September, you are under no obligation to pay, and can carry on using it. The EULA has a mistake in it - it shouldn't refer to a trial.
