Server upgrade licensing question

If I install Sql Backup v4 on a server running Sql Server 2000 and then later upgrade the server to run Sql Server 2005 (but leave the OS the same), will I still be able to use Sql Backup on that machine under the same license or will I need to pay an upgrade fee?

    Yes. In most cases, the license is linked to your physical server, so you can change the OS and SQL Server versions and still use the same license.
