Moving license from server not connected to internet

Hi,

I have installed the .NET dev bundle on a test machine that is not connected to the internet.

Now, I want to use the license on a different machine, thus I attempted to deactivate the product on the test machine. However, deactivation does not work without a working internet connection (I also tried the deactive.exe tool).

Can I do this in another manner? (without uninstalling it). I imagine I will be moving the license around again.
