text is invisible in High Contrast Black

Using the High Contrast Black color scheme, essentially all text in SQL Prompt is invisible. This includes the control panel (white text from the color scheme, on top of the white background of all the tabs) and the autocomplete popups (black text from SQL Prompt on top of the popup's black background from the color scheme.)

PromptSQL behaved correctly, using the color scheme's colors everywhere.
