eliminating dbowner check of SQL Compare

I want to compare two databases, which have the same objects (table, views, ..), but with different dbowner. How can I eliminate the dbowner check of two databases, which the same objects (tables, view, ...) but with different dbowners. Currently SQL Compare Generates synchronization scripts for all the objects as the dbowners are different.

Thanks,

    Hello Kambiz,

You cannot ignore object ownership, even in the latest version of SQL Compare. What you can do is map owners so that all objects owned by one user appear to be owned by a different user for the sake of the comparison.
