Duplicate Database entries in the SQLBackup GUI

On several of my sqlservers that were upgraded from SQLBACKUP 3.2, I am seeing duplicate database names in the GUI list.

How can I fix this so that only 1 shows up?


For example: the database "model" shows up 3 times.
I can send a screenshot via private post if that would help.

    Hi Owen,

    Can you please send us an email to support@red-gate.com? We are aware of this in SQL Backup version 4.1 and have produced a fix for it. It's not a problem that will have any serious effects; it's a cosmetic problem caused, I think, by Unicode database names.

    After applying the SQLBACKUP.exe GUI file (Version 4.2.0.407) to the servers, the duplicate entries have been corrected.
