MDAC 2.7 Needs to Install

I have installed MDAC 2.8 , but it is giving me an error saying MDAC 2.7 Needs to Install.

    Thanks for reporting this, and apologies that it's causing you problems. We've not seen this problem ourselves, however we will be looking into it. Can you give me any more information about it please? For example, when does it occur: during installation, when you try to run the application after installation? Also, can you walk me through the exact set of actions you go through to reproduce this error please? And finally, what is the hardware/OS configuration of your machine?

    Sorry for the dealyed answer. I didn't get any notifications for this reply.
    Anyway, This is happening at the instalation.
    While installing it ask for MDAC 2.7 but I have 2.8
