HTML Help Workshop installation -- Doc 3 doesn't like v1.4?

If I try to generate .CHM documentation, SQL Doc 3 tells me I need to install MS HTML Help workshop tools. I follow the links, download (to v1.3), but on installation it tells me that I already have a newer version (v1.4) on my system (Windows 7, running VisualStudio 2012, SQL 2012). Sot it won't install.

Does SQL Doc 3 specifically look for HTML Help workshop v1.3? Why would it not work with a newer version

    I am currently using SQL Doc with HTML Help Workshop version 4.74.8702.0. I have not had any problems making HTML or CHM documents with that version.
