Unhandled exception

I know you don't want to get this type of errors at this point, but after performing a refresh in SQL Compare RC1 after SPs update, I'm constantly getting an unhandled exception. Here are the details:

To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.

    Hi,

    Can you consistently reproduce this? Does it happen on all databases? If you could list the steps you take to get this error then that would be great.

    The way I got it to happen was that I generated script for just SPs and ran it in Query Analyzer (SQL2K). Once it ran I pressed the 'Refresh Comparison' button. Once that was done, I pressed 'Ok' on the popup window and that's when I got the Unhandled Exception. If I kept the app. open and hit the 'Refresh ...' button again, the same exception would happen again (I compared the error text). Since then I closed and reopened the app., did the same refresh and it worked just fine.
    Unfortunately, I can't run it against any other database, since I only had one database for which I needed to run the generated conversion script.
