Issue re-activating licenses

I have 3 10-pack licenses for SQL Monitor. I am unable to activate directly from the SQL Monitor application although the manual activation process is working after cutting/pasting the response back. My issue is after I successfully register my first license key. Upon doing another 10-pack key, the first one I just did disappears from the list and instead of having 20 licenses servers I stay at 10 only now using the second key I put in. So in effect, I can never get above 10 licenses servers when I should in fact have 30 once they are all entered.

    Thank you for your post.

    Do you by any chance have more than one SQL Monitor installation connecting to the data repository database? If you aren't 100% sure, then running sp_who2 should reveal this.
