Service Pack 5 for SQL 6.5

Hi I need to migrate a database from SQL 6.5 and it doesn’t have any service packs installed. Before I can upgrade to SQL 7 I need to find a copy of service pack 5 for SQL 6.5. Can anyone help with a download location for SQL 6.5 SP 5. Thanks’.
