    Thanks for your post!

    Did you mean how to configure the location where map files are stored?

    - If you are using an mdb database...

    You can configure the location from the SmartAssembly.settings file (in C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\SmartAssembly)

    <Maps LocalPath="C:\ProgramData\Red Gate\SmartAssembly\Maps" />

    (There is a bug, I'm afraid, where if you update the maps path for the mdb, the SmartAssembly GUI will not update with the new path. However, it should still save map files to the new location you've specified)

    - If you are using a SQL server database...

    You can change the location by editing the MapFolderNetworkPath value in the Information table.

    Is there a way we can provide the map path in the settings.xml file when using SQL server database option ? My aim is to not use the UI to configure SQL server for error reporting.
