  Same Result. SQL Compare V5.0.0.1288.
  Highlights First changed column but not the rest.
  Is there something I should try?

  I can I just double check the build you are using? As RC1 for SQL Compare should be 5.0.0.1559.

  Highlighting is better now.
  
  Install didn't seem to update files properly. Remove and Reinstall and all is well
