Error "This commit doesn't meet the server's policy"

Hello!

I’m trying to commit a database in our TFS, but I’m getting this error:
This commit doesn't meet the server's policy requirements, or the policy isn't configured on your machine.

I am writing the code of the item in the comments of the commit #A18939, but the error persist.

Can someone help me?

    There's a few possibilities here- your commit comment looks correct so you might have other policy requirements which are missing from your machine, or a mismatch in versions. Please check the steps in this aritcle

    We also issued a bugfix for one cause of this error, so you should also run the Help > Check for Updates process to ensure you're on the latest version
