The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized

Hi,

We have just purchased the SQL DBA Bundle. I have followed the instructions fully for the installation of SQL Monitor 4.

The website is working but when I go to add the monitor server it is giving me this error:
The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized

I have an account for the Web server and the monitor server set up on our domain.

I see there are posts with the same message but when I have followed the recommendations for resolving the issue none of them have worked.

What package is this referring to? I need to get this set up asap but have stumbled at this hurdle and I have been following various posts to no avail.

    I have resolved this by changing the account. This worked. I have since changed the account back and it is still working.
