SQL Monitor Upgrade from 3.5 to 4

I am eligible to upgrade from 3.5 to 4, but neither server has access to the internet.

What are my options?

Download the trial re-install the web server & monitor?

Since the 3.5 web server is in Red Gate\SQL Monitor 3 and the new version is Red Gate\SQL Monitor 4, do I un-install the web server?

    You just need to do whatever you did last time to get the tool installed. I guess that you downloaded it on a different machine and copied it over. There is no need to uninstall first. Also, if it is already activated then it shouldn't need reactivating, so you may dodge that particular requirement.
