Sorry for any delayed response!
I think I've found a ticket that you opened regarding this issue and it sounds like you've now got the separate serial number for your developer licenses (just a note for anyone else wondering: there is only one installer for SmartAssembly and the edition that is activated will depend on the serial number you enter)
If this was not you though, please shoot us an email containing your .NET Toolbelt invoice number at support@red-gate.com. Please reference ticket #13248 and we'll get this sorted for you!
