Unmanaged Object tracing

Our .net application uses few unmanaged objects.

I am seeing a big jump in memory and want to see which unmnaged objects are creating a memory spike and who creates them.

I am not able to figure out how to do it. I used unmanaged object option too but it doesn't give us enough info. Can anyone please advise how can I trace back unmanaged object?
