After uninstall SQL Prompt6

Hi all,
I'm getting this message http://screencast.com/t/laHr2N5JIf after remove SQL Prompt6 (Control Panel, Uninstall a program).
How can I fix this?

    You should be able to click "yes" on that dialog (which'll rename the addin file and stop the error), alternatively you can navigate to the file mentioned and delete it manually.

    I'll look into seeing if we can get a fix in to avoid this happening in the future.

    Fixed! I did it manually, I guess you need to run SSMS as administrator in order to let the program rename the file. Instead of that I navigated to the folder and renamed it.
