SQL Prompt Trial Expiry

How do I remove the message which pops up and halts the launch of Visual Studio and SQL Server Management studio? Can't see anything in the settings of either program to remove it.

EDIT: Nevermind, just uninstalled the actual program from outside VS.

    Sorry about the trial expired dialog – it's obviously really annoying and shouldn't have been made to show every time ssms or vs is started.

    The next release of prompt will only show it once and then never again (unless the trial is extended, after which it'll show one more time).
