Search has pretty much stopped working in 1.1.9.57

Prior to upgrading to 1.1.9.57, SQL Search worked great, but now it does not reliably find tables or stored procedures. For instance, entering the string "fam_search" it returns 2 keys named "pk_fam_search..", but ignores a few tables named starting with "fam_search_...", and 2 stored procedures also starting with "fam_search".

I'm running SQL Server 2012 or Windows 2008 R2 and the client is Windows 7 64-bit.
