Hi Toby,
We don't impose a limit on the number of projects intentionally, could you do a couple of things for me please.
1. Send me a screen shot of the Comparison Projects screen where your projects are listed, my email address is james.moore@red-gate.com.
2. Check the number of files which exist in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Red Gate\SQL Compare 5
Many thanks for your help with this.

Hi James thanks for the quick reply, and advice.
I've just been back in the product and add the new databases and now they are fine.
And have checked the location and have 11 files now.
I'm not sure what I did too cause the problem (I'm sure I'm not going mad, well I hope).
I've tried to do what I did this morning, which was create one project, then clone it and change the database 11 times.
I have not manage to duplicate what I happened this morning.
I'm sorry for posting this now, as I can't replicate the problem which doesn't help anyone.
Sorry again, next time I will try a fews times to be sure, I was too quick post.
Regards
Toby

The one thing that made me immediately happy was the new "comparison projects".
But have discovered I can only create 7 projects.
On a weekly basis I move changes from our development environment to our QA environment and to our live environment which covers 11 databases.
I would also like to have separate projects that compare our dev to QA and QA to our live environment bring the total number to 22 projects for me.
Would you be able to change this ?
Also been able to share/export/import the Compare sources with the Data Compare sources would cool too.
Regards
Toby
