Means to see all changes for a server

Is there a way to see changes for all databases on a server at once rather than having to click on the databases individually?

    Unfortunately not, the commit/get tabs will only show objects relevant to the database currently selected in the Object Explorer.

    Has there been any enhancements to be able to do this yet? Are there others out there that would see value in this? Seems tedious to have to click on 30 databases to see if there are changes that need to be committed to source control.
