Hi Andrew,
Good spot. we'll get the correct text slotted in asap. Note that the correct text should be
'Adds WITH ENCRYPTION when stored procedures, function, views, and triggers are included in the synchronization script.
Note that if you use ADD ENCRYPTION on a SQL Server 2005 database, SQL Compare will not subsequently be able to display, compare, or synchronize the encrypted objects.
When SQL Compare creates a snapshot, this option is ignored, and encryption is not added.'
Thanks,
Tom Harris

I noticed a similar thing, where on the "regular" options page, if you hover over the Full Text Indexing option, the Description field explains that option, but then also has a description for "Do not include transaction plumbing"
Incidentally, what happened to the do not include transactional plumbing option? I cant find it?

I like the descriptions that are displayed for the comparison options. However, I note that when my mouse hovers over "Add with encryption", the description displayed is for "Do not use ALTER ASSEMBLY to change CLR types".
I don't see a checkbox for this ALTER ASSEMBLY option at all.
Thanks,
Andrew
