SQL Monitor with XPS Server

Just finished installation, tried to load localhost but all I got was a 404 error. The www files are at a non-default location (D:\www\sql_monitor) and the SQL Monitor core files are in C:\Program Files...

Inside D:/www/sql_monitor are several files and a folder called "WEBSITE" which also has numerous files.

EDIT: I'm also running on :80
