Sql Compare: Stored procedure referencing linked server

I'm not sure if this is a beta5 bug or not (since I don't currently have a previous version licensed). However, when I try to synchronize a stored procedure which contains a query referencing a linked server, it fails with the message:

[7391] The operation could not be performed because OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI" for linked server "<servername>,2048" was unable to begin a distributed transaction.
OLE DB provider "SQLNCLI" for linked server "<servername>,2048" returned message "No transaction is active.".
