does not work

I just "upgraded" to SQL Doc 3.0.1.901 and I cannot get it to document even 1 small database without crashing or getting the error below:
system.OutOfMemoryException

Is this a beta? Love Redgate tools, but totally disappointed by this upgrade.

Here are my PC specs:

    also, when I use the command line, every time I try and specify an individual database using the /database (/db) option, I get "Could not find database named xxxx". I am running command prompt under my .admin account which is SA on the server.

    I can create htm output but everything else seems to run out of memory. The htm output is too large I run out of space!
    I have 16GB of memory. Is there a 64 bit version of the program?
