Redgate Hanging when registering database

Guys, please assist. we are trying to use the source control tool for managing our Database through TFS, but we cannot get it up and running cause it keeps failing/hanging when registering the database.

Please can i have urgent feedback

    When it fails, what does the error say? At what point in the process does it hang? If you could send any screenshots to support@red-gate.com and quote the ticket number #8365 that'd be really helpful - thanks!
