Redgate Response.Engine.Alerting.Base.Service high CPU\MEM

All of the sudden the Redgate Response.Engine.Alerting.Base.Service.exe is taking up >= 50% of CPU and well over a GB of Ram. The service has been restarted and this has been going on for hours today.

Verison 3.5.0.497 on a windows Server 2003 box(64bit)

Any ideas?
