Note that you can run SQL Bundle 5 beta in parallel with SQL Bundle 3 or SQL Bundle 4
SQL Compare 5 features:
- The user interface has been completely redesigned to make comparing and synchronizing SQL Server databases even easier
- You can now remap database users and owners to perform more sophisticated comparisons
- New options and bug fixes to provide first rate support for all objects in SQL Server 2005
SQL Data Compare 5 features:
- As with SQL Compare, the user interface has been completely redesigned
- You can now compare tables where there is no primary key by using a custom key
- You can also map different tables and columns against each other to create more sophisticated comparisons
- You can set up a comparison filter via a where clause to only compare a subset of a table
SQL Packager 5 and SQL Toolkit 5 have been updated to add support for all the new comparison engine features. In addition, all products have been tested against .NET Framework 2.0
