Stored Procedures with Comments Above Create Statement

When I type "alter proc " followed by the procedure name SQL Prompt produces an alter proc statement for the named procedure, but I've noticed if the procedure has a comment header above the alter statement the comments are lost. All comments are preserved when they appear after the alter statement.
