Comparing 2 script folders with identical files

When I run the compare of 2 folders with the same files the compare wants to update each folder with the others contents. The results should come back as having identical content. Any ideas? I'm using SQL Compare v8 Thank you!

    I createed the scripts folders via the RedGate menu.

    Initializing scripts folders using SQL Compare creates the RedGateDatabaseInfo.xml file, which can be important if there are differences in collation. You can specify a default collation in that file and if one set of folders has it and one does not you may see differences triggered in columns because of a differing default collation.

    Excellent Brian. Thank you. I realized I moved the xml file out so the compare thought each file was different. Creating them via the menu re-established the xml files for me. This can be closed.
