Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005

I'm using REd-gate SQL monitor.SQL monitor has stopped to collect data from my one server.I'm getting below error.

Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))

WMI OpenNamespace: root\cimv2 Incorrect credentials or insufficient permissions UnauthorizedAccessException Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))


Quick solution is appreciable.
