Network resilience and where it applies

On step 5 of the Schedule Backup Jobs wizard, we have settings for Network resilience. Does this apply to both the folders in step 4?

For example, I'm currently using a UNC path in the "Backup location" and not using the "copy backup to network" option. Will I still get the Network resilience retries?

    Yes, the network resilience settings apply to both the backup process and the file copy process.
