New Install - "connected party did not properly respond"

Edit: Solved the problem - wrong application pool in IIS.


Hello everyone, and thanks ahead of time for any help :)

Using IIS 7, I think I have my service/logins setup correctly for both the Web service (through IIS) and the Base Monitor Service, however I get the following error when I visit the base monitor site:
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond -correctIP:port-

Inside Base Monitor's log I find this three times:
2013-09-11 21:14:36,448 [ 7] WARN NHibernate.Type.CustomType - the custom type 'RedGate.Response.Common.Comain.Credentials' handled by 'RedGate.Response.Common.Persistence.NHibernate.UserTypes.CredentialUserType' is not Serializable:

Anyone have any ideas?
