Exclude Drive (Partition) from Monitoring

Is there any way to exclude a partition from monitoring. Server has 3 partitions, one is a tiny system partition, and SqlMon spends all it's time worrying about the free drive space as per the global drive alert config.

I can't seem to find anyway to exclude or filter that alert - but then again I am a noob at this....

What's the best way forward for stopping it worrying about it ? An alert exclusion type thing, or is this a config setting ?!?!
